Rates are inclusive of

All villa rates are in US$ and are subject to change
Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 8% government tax (subject to change in case of tax increase).
Two bedroom villas – maximum occupancy 4 persons
One bedroom villas – maximum occupancy 2 persons
Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% initial payment with an additional 25% due thirty days prior to arrival date. The balance of 50% is due when checking in.
Notification of cancellation should be made 90 days prior to arrival date for a full refund. Between 90 and 40 days will result in retention of the 25% initial deposit fee and a cancellation made between 40 and 10 days prior to the arrival date will result in the retention of the 50% deposit. Cancellations between 10 and 0 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 80% of the total amount due. No shows or cancellations after arrival will be charged at 100%.
Children under twelve years will be accepted on the signing of a liability waiver form.
Disclaimer letter must be signed by guests on arrival at the premises at the time of registration.
No smoking inside of villas
Swimming in the pool is at guests’ own risk.
Guest ‘check in’ is at 3.00 pm on the date of arrival, guest ‘check out’ is at 11.00 am.
