PAYMENTS: A 25% deposit payment is required to guarantee a booking, a second
deposit of 25% is due 30 days previous to arrival date, the balance plus tax and
service will be charged at check in.
CANCELLATIONS: Notification of cancellation should be made 90 days prior to
arrival for full refund. A cancellation between 90 and 40 days prior to arrival will
result in retention of the 25% initial deposit fee, between 40 and 10 days will result
in the retention of the 50% deposit. Cancellations between 10 and 0 days will result
in a cancellation fee of 80% of the total. No shows or cancellations after arrival date
will be charged in full.
CHECK IN/OUT: Guest ‘check in’ is at 3.00 pm, guest ‘check out’ is at 11.00 am.
OCCUPANCY: deluxe banas – max. 4 persons, one-bedroom banas – max. 2 adults
CHILDREN under 12 years will be accepted on the signing of a liability waiver form.
